Day 2 of Paleo Challenge!! For breakfast I had a 1/4 cup of almonds and pistachios, 1 hard boiled egg and 3 slices of turkey bacon. What you see here is my delicious lunch compliments to @nessfranco89 for giving me the pasta broccoli idea!! Thanks!! So I put olive oil to grease the pan, 3 garlic cloves chopped, 1 whole small yellow onion, 7-8 Roma tomatoes chopped, and broccoli slaw. I added salt and pepper to taste and cinnamon for a sweet taste. (Being off sugar sucks). To go along with that I made tilapia and seasoned it with the Badia Sazon. I added 2 garlic cloves and lemon for flavor.
