PRESERVING THE SEXY Cares:
The PTS Cares program began with the simple idea that those who are in a battle to overcome challenging life situations, should not have to face it alone. If financially you couldn’t partake in our classes or needed that extra motivation of someone really caring and pushing you do to better we will help! We received several emails from the community & have picked a winner to receive 3 months of free classes to get back healthy and happy.

You have to learn to do things you don’t like. You must find ways to like the process and make the most of that time.
Today after the workout I had to do a billion muscle ups because 1 I’m not that great at them. 2 I want to get better. 3 my coaches made me do them because I left my pre workout Star Wars cup out & they are holding it ransom until I completed the task.
It’s my favorite cup & I want it back! LOL! So I did the workout & i did pretty good on all the muscle ups. I hit them all & didn’t miss one. Gotta lot of work to do but I made the process fun by dancing & goofing around. I love what I do. Even when I’m not that great at it. I find joy in the journey.

IN QUADS WE TRUST! Only true passion can awake passion in others. I love the ish out of what I do! I do this because it’s my calling. I am here to change lives, have fun, scream turrets things, wear spandex & inspire my community to live a healthy & happy life. Live as an example peeps!
This week has been a light week fore peeps. Rom WOD daily to keep the body supple. Then some light metcons to keep body loose for tomorrow competition. ROM WOD daily had been doing amazing things to my body peeps.
So this weekend I get to test my fitness with a great partner & my coach Greg. We will be competing at the FL. Fitness Championship. It will be fun.
I look forward to throwing down & cheering all my coaches & friends tomorrow! It’s an honor for me to have them rep the BOX. Tomorrow is all about our community being there for each other & having fun while testing our fitness.

My wife is competing as well & it’s always fun to cheer her on. I’m so proud of her. She is not only an amazing mother & wife & box owner. She is not a professional real estate agent! She is such a driven woman! So proud!
I don’t get nervous about performing. That’s what training is for. I do get anxious to perform because I want to put on one heck of a show. It’s only right. 💪🏻😜

Then the night crew came out boomin! Then to finish it off : YOGA-TON with @chemie3 HAAAA!!! Poor Yogi every time we went into a new pose the iPad kicked on a random Reggaeton Classic! WEPA! I’m trade marking Yoga-Ton peeps! Stretching mixed with EL perreo 😂😂😂

I’m such a huge fan of everyone of them: Greg, Melissa, Stephanie, Belinda, Murii & Ashely. Gian will be coaching us through all the pain with whistles & cow bells blaring out! LOL!
