Blog 116: A Fresh new start! In this pic is my wife & I staring at where there use to be a rig. Now the rig is moved & we can really see TRUTH! What our box has always been about! PTS!!! Preserving the Sexy!
2016 will be filled with SUCCESS! What success to me? A happy & healthy family & community. A place where we celebrate each other’s milestones & pick each other up if we fall. A heart filled with love. Throw in some kettle bells, barbells & bumper plates you got your self a lil piece of heaven.
Today the first class of 2016 was filled. An epic way to start the year. Right after the CFMDI team & community came together to re do the entire box.
Why redo the box layout? Easy! New year, new energy & new progression. I can’t wait for you all to see it. It looks amazing! So much space for activities.
Thank you to everyone they helped today. I couldn’t have done it without out you all. You allow my dreams to come true & for that I am forever grateful. Love you all.
