CrossFit M.D.I. brings you: B.O.L.A. “Battle of Los Animales!” The Spandex Games! We are so excited to throw our first open box fitness throwdown. Everyone is welcome.
The Competition
If throwing down with fellow athletes makes you feel like an animal, then this is the competition for you! One day – 3 WODs – 1 Floater set to some amazing music and the best support system in Orlando! Scaled, Rx & Masters

Divisions so get your SPANDEX ready!

Standards are listed below.

Warm up area will be provided with plenty of barbells and mobility equipment.
Athletes can pick up bag and check in on Friday 10/23 or Saturday 10/24.
First heat of Event 1 will kick off promptly at 8 am.
Registration fee includes your athlete t-shirt and goody bag.
ALL spandex is welcome!
Medals for Top 3 athletes in each division.
Prizes for 1st place and for the Best Spandex!
Come ready to throw down but most of all – have fun!
No fees for spectators.
Parking is available around building.

Days like this is why I cherish my life!!! Boys vs. Girls Friday’s at the Box! We draw up a grid league inspired WOD & the boys & girls go at it! Well the guys team was riding high on our victory last week.
This week the woman’s team came back some how & won! We threw the red flag & the tie breaker WOD was a clean off! The first person to hit 3 cleans will win the entire event! So I got to face off against my wife!!! It was bad a$$! She kicked my butt!!! 😢

She is so competitive & let her inner ANIMAL OUT!!! FULL PEACOCK MODE! Pay close attention to her third rep! She pulled no punches! She came out to play! I love it when she is feisty! That spicy Latina came out to play! LOL SHE YELLED AT ME TO STEP MY GAME UP!!! CLASSIC!!! My reaction was priceless!
I will make sure I train harder so this doesn’t happen again!
