My daughter is my future. I love her more than words can ever describe. She has been doing fitness since she was in her moms belly.
My wife did Crossfit her entire pregnancy up to the week my Olivia was born. My daughter was born healthy & so happy. A month after she was born she was at the box learning & watching fitness in front of her eyes every day for hours. I truly believe with all my heart because of fitness my wife was able to have such an amazing pregnancy & delivery. Olivia is so strong, alert & smart.
She just walked at 8 months all over the Box. You can catch her touching all the kettle bells & bumper plates. She was born into fitness. This is her normal. I want to continue to teach her the importance of health & fitness so she can help me inspire the world.
Last year I left to south Florida to take my CrossFit Kids course to learn how to train children so when Olivia is ready I could help her even more.
The course was awesome & I came back to the box with a bigger dream. Not only to help adults & my child, but to help all the kids at their Schools or summer programs. A all KIDS class. Well a year later which is yesterday I got the news from CrossFit Head Quarters that we have been approved to start CrossFit Kids M.D.I. Yay!!!
Olivia will be with me every step of the way helping our community & inspiring the kids to be healthy & happy! Stay tuned for more CrossFit Kids M.D.I. Peeps! Live as an example! Time to PTK! Preserve the Kids!
