You got to stay in the grind. The five S’s of sports training are: Stamina, Speed, Strength, Skill, and Spirit; but the greatest of these is Spirit. That’s what this game is. It’s a grind. You got to love the grind.
Rough lifting day for me peeps. I couldn’t get in the grove. It happens. That’s the beauty of sport. Sometimes you smile, laugh & sometimes you cry.
No tears today. Just kept the weight at 80% listened to my coaches & team & had them write a Fun barbell complex for me. Hang squat to full power clean to hang power clean to full squat clean with no dropping of the bar.
Try it out. First to post a video of them hitting 80% of clean 1rm with this complex listening to salsa will win a battle of Los Animales shirt! Tag me & @crossfitmdi

What a great WORKOUT programmed today by coach @melc324 !!! Super fun & creative! Coach Luis almost had a heart attack hearing & then seeing all the equipment moved from gym to outside! Literally moved it all!!! They even tried to move the vending machine! LOL iF YOU GUYs KNOW how Luis Neat freak is set up. LOL
