Todays WOD brutal! Strength is there. I got a lot of heavy doubles at 85% with no lifters on. Then I Ripped & it was hard to recover from there. Kept mind focused but my hands felt every rep. Thankful for my teammates push everyday. The barbellas kicked my butt today. Great to have my ladies back!
