Blog Entry 45
Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths.
Good afternoon peeps. Been a productive & busy couple of days. Tough I will say as well. So many events coming up & programming meetings in between coaching & teaching on my feet 14 hours a day with no real down time. I didn’t take any break or rest days to recharge mind & soul.
I wouldn’t change it for the world though. I love what I do. Gods plans must be delivered. I am in charge of changing my communities life through health & fitness. So the task will be done! I promise you nothing but excellence.
Exciting events, OLY Concepts Danny Camargo coming to teach 7/29/15, War on Wall Street we have 2 teams performing, new open gym hours & B.O.L.A. 10/24/15! People are so excited to be apart of our open Box Throwdown. So much epicness will happen.
Been training hard. Hitting it heavy & do some bootcamp style wods to keep engine going. I dig it. Splitting up training in morning & night is tough but better.
I’m still tracking my Macros! It’s been so helpful & it keeps me accountable. Taking in on some days 3,400 to 3,800 calories a day! It’s a lot of food! I feel amaze peeps! Last weekends comp I never felt tired or out of breath. I could have done another workout if asked. So the fuel is working. Try the app out its free its called My Fit Pal. You won’t regret it!
