Rest Day: Much needed but don’t know what to do what all this FITNESS AROUND ME! Rehab day. SMR & Acupuncture.
Sooo… My role as a LEADER is to always insure that the group,community & family are taken care of. Through living as an example, motivation, dedication & inspiration. To make sure I provide our community excellence through great programming & specific, measurable, attainable, realistic & timely goals.
I love what I do so placing that load on my shoulders is no prob for me. I will squat clean that task right in the front rack position & like in Mr. PTS fashion Salute right after. That’s what Gods plan is for me.
My father always raised me to work hard & to make sure I work the hardest. ALL THE HEART!
But with my Journey I have meet some amazing peeps. Great humans with passionate souls, caring hearts & patience. There is just certain people that can walk in a room & light it up. I see new leaders, new role models who deserve to make an impact in their community. I am blessed enough that I can be apart of that growth.
I now have the ability to allow these men & woman to share there talents & grow to help lead our community. They are my motivation! I see greatness in them. It’s time for them to shine.
The CrossFit M.D.I. Team is growing. Our community deserves the best! So with that I am blessed to announce nothing but EPICNESS! Fundamental classes 3 times a week & more coaches that are passionate about changing the world through fitness & helping the world become healthier & happier.

Breaking news we are doing Fundamentals classes 3 days a week for the first 15 minutes of each class. Our Crossfit M.D.I. team wants to make sure we provide you with nothing but excellence.
