I then Say The Lord’s Prayer. This is a prayer I use daily. I hope it brings you the peace it brings me.

Nobody has enough talent to live on talent alone. Even when you have talent, a life without work goes nowhere. Fun barbell challenge! 75% of clean & jerk cycle. 1 power clean + 1 hang power clean + 2 press + 1 split jerk for 10 minutes. Every minute on the minute with out dropping the bar. If you drop the bar you owe me 1,000 burpees! LOL JUST kidding!
