1 year Crossfit M.D.I results!
This would not have been possible without the greatest coach of all times Luis Pts Lopez , the Motavitor Melissa Mota and Mr. Cliff himself Gian Velez and all my amazing WOD partners. I am forever grateful for everyone that has believed in me, pushed me through and has stood side by side with me. I have cried, fallen, doubted, been sore for days/weeks at a time but NEVER GIVING UP!
Boo coach – Thank you for the constant push and reminding me “how bad I want it!!!??”
Teach – Thank you for constantly reminding me that is all in my head and that I got this!

Practice what I preach & work hard! How hard? All the hard!!! Today I got to work in with the Bar Bella’s for a team WOD! So proud of these strong woman! They are an inspiration to all the young girls & woman that strong is beautiful. My daughter OLY will know this lesson.

We still remember when you came in May 30, 2014 to become a healthier & happier you. Almost 1 year later you have lost over 56lbs! We are so proud of all your hard work. You are an inspiration to our community & family. Congrats Monica Tokarsky your motivation to become a better you is contagious & has spread across our Box! Everything from your good eating habits & working out determination. We can’t wait to you see what’s instore for you next! We will be there every rope climb, double under & PR at a time.
