Row Hard II 15.4 was a shocker for me. Went in with the mindset to do scaled and was convinced to do RX. I haven’t been able to do HSPUs without a plate or two under my mat. Also, I never cleaned more than 175lbs. 17 reps later, I have defeated both obstacles and able to climb up the leaderboard a bit. Thanks for the coaching and pushing Luis Pts Lopez Gian Velez Melissa Mota Shaney Parra

P.S. Peep my handstand line. Almost as tall as Gian while he’s standing on a 30″ box.
