**every 3 minutes on the minute 3 Turkish Get Ups per arm**

Close gripin 2 rep max Over head! I missed the 2 Over head but I Will get it. Never give up said the little engine that COULD! I am getting to know more & more of what my body can do everyday. It’s always cool to see what the human body can do. We never fully tap into it but I am looking forward to learning & testing it out daily.
