Focusing on hitting all heavy lifts & not worrying about tap & go. A ton of heavy singles was needed today. The more consistent all the lifts get then the tap & go will come. Just trying to be a better me in a pair of spandex & Nikes one day at a time. I love what I do! Hopefully it inspires you to believe in your self. If I can do it so can you.
