Witnessing someone's first muscle up is the best feeling. @o_c_21 has been wanting to get a muscle up since he walked into our gym 4 months ago. So proud! And @funny_man9822 has been practicing for weeks to get his muscle up and yesterday he got it! The return of STEPH Luv! HEAVY SQUAT CLEANS FOR REPS! How many reps? ALL THE REPS! My wife got the green light from the doctor that she can go back to working out like normal. It was rough for her not to be able to train like she is used to. Especially because she had such a great pregnancy & trained while she was pregnant under approval of doctor. After 63 hours of hardcore natural birth the doctor told her she needed to wait 6 weeks to make sure the body went back. Well she is back & I am so happy for her & can’t wait to coach her back to epicness! No weights are safe. How many weights? ALL THE WEIGHTS!
