Sprinted our hearts out today! Beyond fun, brutal & rough. Constantly varied functional movements at high intensity peeps. The goal was to give max effort each run to build power output. Also to stay consistent. Consistent wins! Got through it one of most motivated & passionate trainers/friends I have ever had push me daily during training to my limits. Some of you guys know her as Teach. I know her as Melissa the MOTAvator. I can’t wait for YOGA tonight at 7pm I def need it & then acupuncture. Recovery is so important. Next week I will be 33 years of pure sexy! Woot! LOL I Hope to see you guys at the night classes: 5,6&7pm.
