Level 2: Skill: Fundamentals on the snatch

4-6: Ring Dips
6-8: Push Press
8-10: HSPU

Grateful for what I have but more importantly who I have in my life. Such a great support system. I missed a couple attempts. One even landed on me, but I didn’t let that scare me. I called my Oly coach & the CFMDI Bar Bella’s & bam stuck it with a pause squat at the bottom. If you are wondering what those spots are on my back its call cupping. I am rehabbing hamstrings with acupuncture & cupping. Gotta be a better me one day at a time.

Today I was able to help motivate & inspire so many lives to be able to live a healthy & happy lifestyle. I could not have done it without a strong & positive team.
