Did you know that we offer an Olympic weight lifting class?! It’s called Preserving the Strength BarBell club & it has taken off big time! We are pleased to announce that we are adding another day to the class. This barbell class will meet 3 days a week to brush up & polish Olympic weightlifting movements from our USAW Olympic weightlifting certified coach Gian. Coach Gian’s programming is excellent & it breaks down the lifts in different progressions & parts to enhance your strength & fine tune your lifts. **Video shows the lifts being broken down** example: deadlift to shrug transition to a full clean**

Wednesday: 8pm
Saturday: 11am
Sunday: 8am
