Progression is a beautiful thing! It’s all about coaching & finding out how to relay the message to your athlete. Tactile cue, verbal cue or visual cue. Some times even an incentive. This time it took for us to tell coach Melissa that @dan_bailey9 would like her post & possibly a hug from him to get her up that bar. @thedavecastro can we fly Dan it to make this happen. We did promise her if she hit her first bar muscle up that it could happen. Lol Congrats coach on your first bar muscle up!
