In full weirdo mode! LOL TRAINING in the cold is no fun but you got to let your freak flag fly sometimes & just get after it peeps. Today’s WOD inspired by the one & only @sheila_sue 10 rounds of over head kettle bell swings. Interval sets 1 min on & 1 min off. Feels good to just get my swang on! Kettle bells mean a lot to me. When I started my personal training dream I started off with 3 Kettlebells in the trunk of my car in a park while I was going to school at NPTI to become a trainer.. Nothing fancy but a big dream & a heart that just wants to see you healthy & happy. Go out there & inspire!!!
