1 Rope Climb/ 10 toes to rings or knees to elbows
10 Dubs/ 10 backwards singles
50 m run forwards/backwards
10 box jumps/10 box dips
10 hip ext/ 10 V-ups
10 OH lunges/ 10 plate raises
10 cal bike/ 10 push ups
10 cal row/ 10 burpees
