In honor of my wife the CrossFit M.D.I. team wore Crop tops to support her baby bump during the WOD! 🙂 34 weeks into her pregnancy & she is still making her health & Olivia Lynn's health a priority. This whole 34 weeks was the coaches first real big attempt of writing safe & effective programs for special populations: "pregnancy" it has been such a great experience to be apart of this journey.
