Thankful Thursday! I got to throw down in the morning with 27 amazing ladies & gents from CrossFit M.D.I.! It was fun to train with them & push them to work harder. They got to see me suffer with them lol. Today’s WOD is no JOKE! All engine! I love it! It also brought out a new Spandex Killa Jose! Welcome to the crew big bro!
