Never forget the journey! Over 2 years ago my wife & I opened up our first BOX called The PTS Fitness Studio. This studio was 600 square feet of pure passion, love & hard work. Because of God, family, our community & friends we grew to now over 6,000 square feet & now are known as CrossFit M.D.I. which stands for Motivation! Dedication! Inspiration! My inspiration! 26 weeks My Preggy Stephy is still working on her fitness at a slow & light safe pace. The doctor says her training is allowing her to have a great pregnancy, good blood pressure & blood levels, healthy weight gain & allowing our baby Olivia Lynn to grow healthy & strong. No excuses world! God, Family, Health, Fitness & just love. We look forward to see you tonight for class.
