Good ole simple Crossfit. Constantly varied! Functional movements performed at high intensity. Today volume was needed. 1 mile run, 21 clean & jerks, 800 meter run, 21 clean & jerks to finish it off with a 1 mile run. Nothing fancy. Just work, sweat & love!

Working on heavy hang squat cleans. 245 easy 265 felt easy I need to just comit. 2 weeks till Disney Fit Challenge. Over 17 CrossFit M.D.I. Athletes will be competing. I am beyond proud & honored for them to be representing the BOX.
