Wall Street practice WOD: 18 minute time cap Chipper:
50 slosh pipe back squats
50 chest to bar
50 team deadlifts 365/275
50 box jumps 30/24
Male team goes then female team follows

Level 1: Coach Luis
Throw down Thursdays “Fight Gone Bad Style”
3 rounds for total reps.
1 minute at each station, 7 stations.
1 minute rest in between each round.
7 stations:
Concept 2 Row (Calories)
Box Jumps (20/24)
Sumo-Deadlift-High-Pull (75/55lbs.)
Burden log Jump overs
Axle Bar Thrusters (25lbs)
Bumper plate Bent Over Row (35lbs)
Bicycle kicks
