Level 1 & 2: Fundamentals on rope climbing.

30 min 12 days of PTS:
12 ball slams
11 high pulls
10 snatches per arm
9 box jumps
8 ring or box dips
7 thrusters
6 cleans per arm
5 Turkish get ups per arm
400 meter
3 burpee
2 clean & jerk per arm
1 rope climb

Must start from 12 then go to 11 then go back to 12 & 11. Then go to 12,11&10 & work down the ladder.

Coach Wall Street Crew WOD:
30 min Amrap
50 Hang Squat Snatches
40 toes to bar
30 wall balls
20 db burpee
10 tire flips
Handstand walk 40 feet
Repeat as many rounds as possible. 4 person team must rotator male then female.
