They love us! We love them! 🙂 CrossFit M.D.I. Class this morning doing things they never thought they could do! Big shout to Veronica for accomplishing that! Handstand on the wall is proof that she is getting strong! She is able to hold her body aligned with support. We are proud!

Sore! Tired! But I love it! The achiness, the pounding in the chest from your lungs trying to grab every bit of oxygen in the air make me feel alive. Today we did a special workout for my little bro & director of training at M.D.I. Victor aka @bearded1da . He leaves for 21 days for military duty so it’s only right I write up a butt kicker for him today. Try it out its a rough one.

21 minute Amrap:
Sgt. Brillo Nolasco Jones
Buy in: 100 meter lunges with plate. 45lbs/25 then with left over time.

5 wall balls 20/14
3 strict handstand push-ups
1 heavy power clean at 80% of your 1 rep max.
Repeat for as many rounds as possible.
