We are training for the War on Wall Street August 2nd downtown Orlando.

Motivation! Dedication! Inspiration! Dreams can come true if you work for it! Morning workout with the Crossfit M.D.I. Co-Ed Team. We are training for the War on Wall Street August 2nd downtown Orlando. Then hopefully with hard work & dedication train for the CrossFit 2015 open to make it to Regionals. That’s is the dream & goal! πŸ™‚

Team WOD
7 min cap:
800 meter run with left over time coed team must do as many hang power cleans as possible for total points. One male athlete goes as soon as the bar drops female athlete may start & repeat until time is up. —- Total points:
Rest 1 minute

7 minute Ladder Amrap:
2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16 rope climbs after each rep round complete 50 meter run with loaded barbell on back. 155lbsmen/105lbswoman
Coed work: one female goes as soon as they finish rep make athlete can go. Once rep ladder is complete one male & female team mate grabs loaded barbell to complete run before tagging next partner in to complete the next part of ladder. Try to go up ladder as much as possible in time cap.

2,4,6,8,10 handstand push-ups
Only one athlete can go at a time. Once one athlete drops bar next talk the may start.

7 minute as a team max double under reps. Only one team member at go at a time & must rotate from male to female after partner stops his or her reps.
