M.D.I. Of the Day:
Beach Memorial WOD
100 push ups
200 kettle bell swings
300 squats
Run 200 meters with Kettle bells and partner
200 Kb clean & jerks
100 burpee
All teammates dive in ocean and come back to starting point
Beach run sharing kettle bell then crab walk or barrel carry to finish line.
