Level 2 Class:
Strength: deadlifts 70%,75%,80% of 1 rep max

3 Squat Snatches 115/85 or scale
6 sit-ups

3 Rounds for time
5 push press 135/95 or scale
5 deadlifts
5 box jumps 30/24 or scale

Level 1 Class: Circuit training stations Full Body

Monday-Friday Classes:
Mornings:
6am Level 1 & 2
9am Level 2 only

Nights:
5pm, 6pm & 7pm Level 1 & 2

Saturday Classes:
9:30am Level 1 & 2
10:30am Fundementals sign up required
