Love me some kettle bell work!

Love me some kettle bell work! Fun training this morning after coaching the morning class. I Loved the program @bearded1da wrote up but I had to add a little kettle bell flare to it to spice it up.

M.D.I. Of the Day:
30 minute Chipper
100 push-ups
80 wall balls or 80 Kettlebell swings
60 Deadlifts 95/65 or Kettlebell 50
40 C\J 95/65 or Kettlebell C/J
20 Thrusters
10 bar or kettle bell overs
400 meter run
Repeat back up if time is left.
