M.D.I. Of the Day:
Strength: Over Head Squats
2 sets of 3 reps at 70% of 1 rep max
2 sets of 3 reps at 75% of 1 rep max
2 sets of 3 reps at 80% of 1 rep max
— Metcon: 20 Min Amrap
5 Hang Snatches 115/75
10 alternating kettle bell snatches
15 double unders
Repeat for as many reps as possible in 20 minutes
