Strength: Push Press 12x10x8

Metcon: 3 Rounds 15 min.Cap
10 dead lifts
10 snatches
200 meter run
Repeat for 3 rounds
—-
E.M.O.M 10 minutes.
5 thrusters even minutes
10 burpees odd minutes
