Transformation Tuesday! 275lbs to 170lbs! 105lbs later I am a healthier & happier me. I am a better husband, son, brother, friend & human because of it. M.D.I. Of the Day:
Strength: Back Squats 8x8x8
70%,75%,80% of 1 rep max
Metcon: 10 minute amrap
20 double unders
5 strict pull-ups
1 rope clone
Repeat for as many reps as possible
Metcon: Ladder
1 clean
1 hang snatch
1 over head squat
After each round complete add a rep to all movements to see how high the ladder you can go in 10 minutes.
7 minute EMOM
10 incline push-ups
20 hip extensions
