Back Squat 12x12x12
60%,65%,70% of 1 rep max
Partner Chipper:
10 burpees
20 toes to bar
30 wall balls
40 push ups
50 back squats 135/95
40 push ups
30 wall balls
20 toes to bar
10 burpees
10 minute Amrap
6 lunges 135/95
6 ring dips
Repeat for as many rounds as possible.

So proud of my Wife. The M.D.I. Boys needed an extra teammate for the workout & she jumped right in using the same weight & bar. I remember when I first was coaching her & she was in tears doing a 25lb bar squat. Fast forward 1 year later the progression is amazing! You should have seen @bearded1da & @fresh2defcut face! Priceless!
