Chefanie’s AMRAP Corner: What is Chefanie’s AmRap corner? It stands for Appetizing Meal Recipes Amazingly Palatable! Stephanie Lopez is a not only a owner of CrossFit M.D.I. She is also a well known & educated Chef who graduate from Le Cordon Bleu.

She will be helping the community at M.D.I. with quarterly healthy cooking workshops & weekly breakfast, lunch & dinner recipes to help you become a healthier & happier you. “Chef Steph”: Eat food when you are hungry . Do not starve your body.
Every meal should have a protein, veggies and a fat. LOTS of water keep your body hydrated at all times.
