M.D.I. Of the Day:
Strength: Front Squats 5x5x5
60%,65%,70% of 1 rep max

Metcon: 5 rounds or 15 min. Cap
8 hang cleans 135/85
12 deadlifts
20 squats
10 hand release push ups
Repeat for 5 rounds or time cap.

8 minute E.M.O.M
1 power clean
1 hang clean
1 thruster
1 burpee
Repeat every minute on the minute.
