9 Shoulder 2 Over Heads
6 kettle bell butterfly sit-ups
3 strict pull-ups
100 meter run
Repeat for 18 minute Amrap
Burnout: Ladder 1-1,2-2,3-3 etc.
3 minute Amrap
Goblet kettlebell squats
