Strength: Back Squats 5x5x5
60%,65%,70% of 1 rep max

Metcon: 21-15-9 with a EMOM twist
Wall ball 25lbsm/15lbsw
Push-ups
Every minute on minute perform 5 box jumps
—–
5 minute EMOM:
5 Back squats 165lbsm/105lbsw
3 box jumps 34/24
—–
Burnout: team double Unders
500 total: 50 per member then tag partner in to complete next set of 50 reps
