I Was able to get a good ole weight lifting session in today! Pretty stoked. My scapula had a lot of inflammation this past weekend. Today it felt good to put a bar over head. Thank you Jesus! Heavier than normal snatches working drop & over head position. Practice! Practice! Practice! The glory is watching the journey. I hope to see you tonight for class!
