200 meter run
8 chest to bar
10 sit-ups
8 front squats 155 men/ 95 woman
Repeat for 6 rounds.
—- Class times:
Mon-Fri: 6,9,10am mornings
Mon-Fri: 5,6,7pm nights
Sat: 9:30am
