STRENGTH doesn’t come from what you can do. It comes from OVERCOMING the things you COULDN’T! Brutal workout this morning! The dreaded Wall Balls & Toes to bar. Never just train what you like to do our you will always have weakness. Train your weakness to become strengths! FYI my hands are on fire!

Buddie finished coaching the 6am class! Time for us train. We hope to see you at 9am for the next class. Crossfit Buddie will be taking his schedule nap by his kettle bell. I guess he misses the North Pole a little bit because he went crazy with the chalk & made a snow angel.
