Buy in: 200 Dubs
3 rounds
50 wall balls
50 kettle bell swings
25 yard handstand walk
30 lunges with bar on back 135lbs men/ 95lbs woman
15 muscle ups
Repeat 3 rounds
Buy out: 1 mile run with partner
For time.

FUN FRIDAY AT PTS!!! KALSU!!! We saw Jack Eisenhut perform this WOD and we wanted in!!! Be ready 5pm,6pm & 7pm class!!! We count our blessings for another great week!

10 minutes: EMOM
Every minute on the minute do 5 burpees then fill the remaining time with 115/85 pound thrusters until next top of every minute.
