200 meter farmer carry 2 kettlebells
Weight 50lbs men/ 35lbs woman
Farmer carry: 100men/ 75woman
Salsa rowing! Some times you just need to sing & row! Salsa always takes me to my childhood on Sundays helping my mom & dad clean the house & watching them dance & teaching me in the process. PTS row every minute on the minute for ten minutes. 150 meters & one Wepa for the remaining time! LOL!!!
