Strength: Front Squats
195LBS 5 reps
225 5 reps
245 5 reps
Metcon: 3 Rounds for time
3 Squat Cleans 185LBS
3 lunges per leg with bar in front rack 185LBS
3 Strict Pull ups
Ring Rows 10 reps
Air Squats 15 reps
Repeat for 5 Rounds
