3. Squat Cleans 145LBS 5 Reps per team mate & you can’t start next EXCERCISE untill both members are finished rep then…
4. Push Ups 10 reps…Both team mates.
5. Once you complete all reps with team mate then you start back again on squat cleans as many rounds as possible.

Burnout 4 Rounds of 40 Double Unders per round.
