7. 20 Thrusters, 35 pound dumbbells
8. 20 Pull-ups
9. 95 pound Overhead squat, 20 reps
10. 20 Kettlebell swings,60 lbs
11. 95 pound Push press, 20 reps
12. 20 Ring dips
13. 95 pound Sumo deadlift high pull, 20 reps
14. 20 Burpees
15. 135 pound Back squat, 20 reps
16. 20 Back extensions
17. 20 Walking lunge steps
18. 135 pound Deadlift, 20 reps
19. 20 Toes to Bar
20. 135 pound Front squat, 20 reps
