1. Olympic Heaven Set: Snatch to Over Head Squat drop bar to power clean to push jerks. After each set 4 Burpee’s for 10 rounds. 115LBS for men/75LBS for woman

3. Heavy Dead Lifts 5 reps to flutter Kick 30 secs: 5 rounds 265LBS for men/165LBS for woman

5. Pull-ups to Double Unders 5 rounds 10 reps both exercises must be done unbroken to move on.

6. 40 yard parking lot lunges with Dumbells to 20 plyo bench hops. 3 rounds
